My Pet Peeves:.

• Shopping at Wal-Mart - the eisle are to small to allow more than 1 cart at atme. They are always out the bargin product of something I need and Its hard to find stuff that I go there to get.
• Summer - - I hate the heat and everything about it.
• Getting up early
• Cleaning house - especially dishes.
• People who say they don't like someone and then are friendly with that person.
• People who litter.
• People are driving slowly and pull out in front of me.
• Being told that I think something when they have no idea what I think.
• Shopping at warehouse stores.
• Stores that only have a basic number of employees working, causing long lines. 

This is who I am!

Hello, let me introduce myself.

I have 3 sons (29, 31, & 33) a 6 year old grand-daughter by my oldest boy, a 2yr baby boy by my middle son and a 5 year old grandson by my youngest. I am helping my youngest son with his son since he is a single father raising the boy after getting full custody of him. This has become a huge ordeal since society is not situated to accomidate single fathers. He is dealing with the welfare system that does not except the problems of child care and poor transportation system. All they are concerned with is job search.

I presently am working as a site director for a school age child care program. I have been doing this for 20 years. I have my degree in Libral Studies in elementry school teaching. I achieved the first Site Supervisor Child Center Permit under the new school age emphasize since my education is primarily in elementry school. I have also recieved exstensive training in many different areas and have myself become a trainer for School Age Child Care Providers.

I was involved with a man I have known for almost 35 years we lived together for close to 20 years. Last year he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and after 4 months of radiation and chemo he died.

Let me point out that when my partner and I got back together in Oct. 1987 I was going through some problems with my first marriage. Now I had known this man since I was 16 years old. He was a relationship that had ended badly for me after being with him for about 2 years. We would cross each others paths through out the time and we exchanged information on each other. After our breakup I met another man and we married and I had 3 sons with him. We were together for 11 years. I believe I had a mid life crises that destroyed my marriage. I ran into my present partner who was seperated from his wife and going through custody and divorce. We became reaquanted. I soon moved in with him and we have been together ever since. We have gone through many things. His ex was very vendictive. She took his kids away from him accuse him of molesting his 4year old son. He had to fight the legal system to get to see his kids. He was able to prove he was innocent and get joint custody of his kids. We spent the next 10 years transporting his kids every weekend, holidays and summer. I had to deal with a little girl who believed I was a monster and did everthing she could to irratate me. When she became 12 years old she discovered that she could bounce back and forth between parents when one or the other made her mad. Then when her father found out that she was seeing "friends" that did not have adult suppervision he refused to allow her to stay at their houses. She found out she could run away and do rather well on the streets. This was the beginning of many runaways up through her 18 birthday. She became involved with a guy who she new before and moved in with him, became pregnant and they married. She came back home and we helped her through the pregnancy and the birth of our 1st grandchild a beautiful little girl, the apple of my eye. I fell in love with her from the moment I saw her. We bonded from the beginning.
